Legacy Circle to Nominate

Posted by: Rob Roehm    in Events, News

For this year’s REH Foundation Awards, voters will choose from a group of nominees selected by our Legacy Circle members. A nomination email has been sent out and LC members have until April 7th to respond with their selections. (If you’re an LC member and didn’t receive an email, let us know: info@rehfoundation.org).

They’ve got a tough job this year, as there were plenty of people and items to select from in most of the categories. The complete list of eligible entries is presented below. LC members are selecting nominees in the categories with more than three names.

At the suggestion of a few people who know more about public relations than we do, we’ve created a Twitter account for the Robert E. Howard Foundation. We’re still figuring out how best to use it, but for now you can look for little nuggets regarding Howard’s life, his typescripts (see below), and other assorted information that comes to us. There will, no doubt, be live tweets from Howard Days this year. Follow us @REHFoundation. I don’t doubt that there will be a Facebook page in the near future.

In other news, the limited edition of Mark Finn’s Blood and Thunder is now SOLD OUT. We’ll be moving the title to our Lulu store as soon as it gets reformatted.

Finally, Legacy Circle members will be receiving an email regarding this year’s REH Foundation Awards very soon. Your participation is much appreciated.
